01 What does villa management include?
Everything needed to run your villa as a rental: photos and listing, pricing, bookings, guest messages, check-in with passport registration, housekeeping, pool and garden care, maintenance and a monthly report.
02 How much does villa management cost?
Our fee depends on the size and location of the villa and the services you need. After a free visit we send you a clear proposal, with no hidden costs.
03 Can I still stay in my villa myself?
Yes. Just tell us your dates and we block them in the calendar, so no guests are booked while you are there.
04 How and when do I receive my income?
Every month you receive a report with all bookings, payments and expenses, followed by the payout to your bank account.
05 Where will my villa be advertised?
On our own website in four languages and on the main booking platforms, with professional photos and a description written by our team.
06 Who checks the guests?
Our villa staff welcome every guest on arrival and register their passport details, as required in Indonesia for all foreign guests.
07 Can you also help me sell my villa?
Yes. We can list your villa in our For Sale section, answer buyer questions and arrange viewings.
